C. Herald and A. McGreenaugh
While the Honour Roll does not list S. Edwards, he clearly was a Beckwith boy and so has been added to this book. It is also believed there may be other Beckwith boys not listed, but at this time, their connection can not be confirmed.
On the Honour Roll, there is a C. Herald and an A. McGreenaugh listed. After extensive research, there were two C. Herald’s that served in WWI. However, they were from Hamilton and Winnipeg, their wives were from the same area, and their parents were from the same area. It is unknown at this time who C. Herald was.
There is no record in any archive of an A. McGreenaugh or any variant spelling of McGreenaugh with a connection to Beckwith Township.
